IESWS was established and registered with wider objectives of social solidarity, gender equality, National integrity and the status of secularisms. The vision and Mission of IESWS is to provide Food, Cloth, and Shelter to those who are in dire need and illegitimately deserving in the sight of the Almighty the Creator and Protector of the entire universe and mankind. Therefore IESWS has chosen four important fields of service pertaining to Health, Education, Environment and Rural Development and Vocational\/ Skill Development Training, wanted to tackle the environmental protection and pollution control, which has become a challenge to the human beings at global level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

IESWS would earnestly mobilize public opinion in right direction and generate resource for supporting development action. There are several threats to the people. The most significant threat is poverty. IESWS recognized the right of every Indian citizen to lead a dignified and self respectable life in society and necessity to fall fill the needs aspirations and to improve the capacities of individuals and communities to improve the quality of their lives and enhance their ability to strengthen their position. The real goals are to be set, in the fields of education. Health heritage and hard productive work<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

IESWS possess the Vision, creativity and determination in introducing new solutions to social problems. We explore appropriate new ideas in planning, implementation and monitoring. Our effective approaches in bringing economic and social changes are widely recognized in our operation areas. Our humble services for the poor is encouraged by Govt. To eradicate the social, economic evils of the society. Poverty and inequality and to provide a new space for society some new creative alternative schemes are necessary for the disadvantaged groups. Our vision is the overall development of all streams of society resulting in an autonomous community with improved quality of life, capability acquiring its development barriers having zero exploitation, poverty and discrimination. It is the plan of IESWS to realize its vision in phased manner and it started with mass awareness programs followed by action plan. Education<\/span><\/h2>

There is no item, a theme or even a subject that does not fall within the ambit of Education. These are therefore the society stones\/pillar on which a Nation rests and if one pillar is weak the Nation will stagger It is in fact the worst worm engulfing a vast area of our country and extracting blood from the veins making a person crippled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The most effected suffers are slum dwellers, backward and poorer section of the society. They are handicapped because of meager resources and cannot afford to send their children to schools and provide them better education with books and stationery. These children also do menial jobs to augment the family resources. The Government has enacted laws to culminate child labour and provide education within the reach of these people. Unfortunately, laws and rules have no significance for these people who are themselves illiterate and do hard labour throughout the day, leaving no time to look after the family affairs. \u201cIESWS is very rigid about it that education is the key of development. Literate can do what ever they can think they can study the books, the news papers, the periodicals the research & thesis\u201d so are always creative & deserves to do any thing our Key word is \u201cEACH ONE TEACH ONE\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

They were imparted education by qualified and experienced Nursery Trained teachers through nursery rhymes. They were taught Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science and General Knowledge from 1st to 8th standards. There was no fee and even books and stationery were distributed to the children free of cost. The progress of the Centres is evinced from the fact that the number of students is rising steadily as compared to the previous year and it may rise substantially in the coming year necessitating in creating more and more Learning. IESWS had taken up some of the educational activities in backward slum areas and remote village. It had initiated a number of awareness campaigns for the parents emphasizing the need and importance of Education. The only draw back was that day had meager resources and both men and women had to toil hard for livelihood. They had therefore very little time for Education. Besides, upon return they take up domestic chores. IESWS initiated a programme of Basic Education at time to suit the majority. It had been a success and we are still motivating for a beneficial lift and rise. It is considered that education is they key factor of everything and it is the weapon for flight against social issues, injustice and equality, for promoting better education for all. IESWS had made strenuous efforts to notch-up the target. So that our message and approach the entire community, we had displayed pictorial posters and put up banners almost at each strategic point. Video and slides were also infused in the larger interests of illiterate parents. Besides door-to-door campaign, \u2018Nukkar Nataks\u2019 were organized on two consecutive days all our efforts had very encouraging and beneficial response from all the quarters. To give to our ensuing endeavour, rallies and processions were taken out passing through important lanes of various colonies<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT<\/span><\/h2>

Women are pillar of the family & the children are future in all aspects we have to take care of the both to make our present peaceful & sweet & to secure our future too. To come out of such an embarrassing situation, IESWS had taken up various steps to combat this menace. Illiteracy and poverty were two significant factors for this upheaval. Illiteracy had already been taken care of. The legitimate and genuine rights and aspirations were dumped down the drain by men folk. To help women rise and stand shoulder to shoulder with men, IESWS organized seminars both in Delhi, and Haryana and informed the women of their legitimate rights, duties and obligations in the modem society. They should adjust their mores with the changing times and circumstances. Another event observed was the celebration of \u2018Women\u2019s Day\u2019. The unique role played by women cannot be ruled out. Whether in home or outside their presence is vital and cannot be ignored. They are the backbone of the family and the community at large. Meetings and community gatherings of women and grown up girls were organized in different localities<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SELF HELP GROUPS<\/span><\/h2>

SHG is a group formed by the community women, which has specific number of members like 10 or 19. In such a group the poorest women would come together for emergency, disaster, social reasons, economic support to each other have ease of conversation, social interaction and economic interactions. All groups are linkages from nearest Bank.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
