Introduction

Indian Education & Social Welfare Society (IESWS) was established in the year 2000 by a group of social workers, Educationist and rural people of the locality with a view of protect the interest of the down trodden, most neglected person of the society especially women, Youths and children. It was established in such a time when many social, spiritual economical and educational problems were on the peak point prevalent in the society. IESWS is well-organized dedicated group of social workers who have ahead specialized and sensible skills and knowledge in social work, serving unselfishly for the all round development of society. It is multipurpose non profit making welfare organization of its on kind and has been legally registered as a National Character with Registrar of societies, under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 from GNCT of Delhi and 12A & 80G Section of Income Tax and also CSR-1 Act from M/o Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India.

It is unfortunate that despite over long time of independence the masses and the Nation were still staggering for survival. There is a wide gap between the urban and rural belts. Such a situation has a direct impact on the masses and the community bifurcated by these two urban and rural belts

IESWS was formed by a group of youth who wanted to fight against illiteracy, lack of hygiene, and for pure drinking water and livelihoods. In the last years it has worked in the field of social development in the areas of Empowerment with Skill, organic farming and forming people’s institutions.

The earlier decades saw the emergence of social work interventions based on human values. IESWS guaranties to act as the voice for undeveloped sections of the society where the new egalitarian concept exists this is the most suitable time and chance to implement newer and social work interventions in all means for the improved socio-economic cultural technological and innovative development strategies with the emergence of new technologies and social work interventions our earlier concept has been changed and improved so as to be capable of improving standard in all respect. IESWS also wises to take a step into the social work method based on qualitative technology based innovative approaches. We also wish to find new channels and space for vision based new innovation.

About Us

IESWS is a non-profit making organization aimed at increasing the participation of poor and disadvantaged communities in mainstream development processes. IESWS s goal is to empower these groups, particularly young men & women and adolescent boys & girls, by improving their access to quality education and health services; providing vocational training; introducing micro-credit schemes; and promoting environmentally sustainable income generating activities. IESWS’s thrust is to build the organizational and leadership capacities of its stakeholders. IESWS takes a holistic and integrated approach to development that favours the sustainability of its programs by providing people access to tools, training and structures they need.
